Unlike competitors who outsource critical stages, Enlighten Pro controls the entire manufacturing chain — from raw aluminium to finished luminaire.
Every fixture starts in our in-house industrial design studio — photometric simulation, mechanical engineering, thermal analysis, and aesthetic refinement happen before a single prototype is cut.

Before any design enters production, it is physically validated through 3D printing and precision lathe prototyping. Every component is test-fitted to confirm dimensional accuracy and assembly sequences.

Castings and extrusions are produced at our sister-concern facilities. PDC uses ADC-12 grade aluminium exclusively; extrusions use AL6063 alloy — both selected for superior strength, thermal conductivity, and surface finish.

Our in-house machine shop features CNC machining centres, VMC, precision lathes, band-saws, drilling and tapping stations, and buffing machines. Every cast and extruded component undergoes secondary machining for final precision.

Dedicated cutting machines section aluminium profiles for our linear lighting systems, magnetic track luminaires, and cylindrical fixtures. Every cut is measured to exact project specifications.

Our laser cutting station handles galvanised iron sheets, PMMA, and polycarbonate diffuser sheets with micron-level accuracy — delivering cleaner edges and zero mechanical stress, critical for optical components.

In-house powder coating line for consistent matte and gloss finishes. Every fixture is coated, cured, and inspected to exact RAL specifications — black, white, RAL grey, custom on request.

Polyurethane painting station for premium architectural finishes — high-gloss, soft-touch matte, metallic, and bespoke colour matching for designer projects.

Surface-mount technology line for in-house LED PCB assembly. We pick-and-place LEDs, resistors, and drivers under fume-hood-clean conditions, then reflow-solder to spec.

Manual + jig-assisted assembly stations where housings, optics, drivers, and LED boards come together. Every step is logged for traceability per fixture.

Every batch goes through a controlled burn-in period to surface infant-mortality failures before shipping. Drivers and LED boards run for hours at rated load before approval.

Laser-engraved markings for SKUs, batch codes, and certifications — permanent, legible, and unaffected by cleaning or environmental exposure.

Photometric verification, electrical testing, and visual inspection on every unit before packing. Reject rates are tracked per SKU and fed back to the line for continuous improvement.

Custom-cut foam inserts and corrugated cartons protect each fixture in transit. Bulk-project orders ship palletised; specifier samples ship overnight via FedEx.

Direct line to our manufacturing team for spec changes, replacements, and project-level technical support. We back every fixture with a written warranty.
